The NSW Office of Environment and Heritage has updated a number of informative webpages that FMA Members may find useful:
Press Release: A Record Flood for Townsville - 5th February 2019
With record flooding and rain still falling it's a very serious emergency for everyone in the Townsville area. The Bureau of Meteorology advises that 1 metre of rain has fallen in the last week with a further 450mm by Monday end.
ACT Flood Maps Now Available - 1st February 2019
New flood maps of the ACT region were released in early December and can be viewed online at http://www.actmapi.act.gov.au.

Tweed Shire Council has published a simulation video that shows the real risk of flooding in the Murwillumbah central business district as a way to create more community awareness in the area following the severe flood event in 2017.
